How it works - for hosts

You are living in Germany and can offer visitors to the European Football Championship from June 14 to July 14, 2024 a place to sleep free of charge? Awesome, thanks for your help!

Whether it's an apartment, room, bed, air mattress or simply some space for a sleeping mat on the floor, we and visitors to Euro 2024 are happy about any kind of participation. On our website, you can offer visitors accommodation in two different ways:

(A) Create a listing for an accommodation offer

  1. Register on the website.
  2. Click the button "+ Create new listing" and follow the steps to create a new listing.
  3. Once you have registered and published your listing, your accommodation offer will be publicly visible on Host4Euro.
  4. Users looking for accommodation can contact you directly through the integrated chat. We will notify you by email, when you receive a new message.
  5. Once you are in contact with a visitor, you can make further arrangements.

(B) Contact visitors looking for an accommodation directly

  1. Visit our landing page and click on the button "Show all listings".
  2. You can filter search results e.g. based on the different categories.
  3. Browse through the entries and see whether a listing or request meets your personal criteria.
  4. Click on the button "Contact" and directly get in touch with the author of the listing
  5. Once you are in contact with a person looking for accommodation, you can make further arrangements.

We recommend all users to get to know each other better in the course of contacting users through the platform. Examples of this include getting to know each other through a phone call or video call and afterwards exchanging personal details.
